The sweeteners in our fudgy Nutty Date Barfi are as the name suggests, dates and jaggery. These barfis are then cooked with cardamom, cashews, almonds, pistachios, dates as well as assorted seeds for crunch. Each barfi is topped with puffed amaranth and rose petals.

Our vegan Nutty Date Barfi is inspired by the festive dry fruit barfi. The base of the barfi uses dates and jaggery instead of refined sugar as a sweetener. To pack some crunch into the laddu we've added an assortment of seeds, nuts and puffed amaranth. This treat is the perfect midday snack or a guilt-free after meal treat!
